day 1

SPAIN/KATHMANDU

Departure by flight to Kathmandu, by the chosen route. Overnight on board.

day 2

KATHMANDU/SWAYAMBUNATH/KATHMANDU

Arrival and transfer to hotel. Afternoon city tour of Kathmandu. The Royal Palace and the Palace of the Living Goddess, make Durbar Square becomes a real spectacle. From the Swayambunath Stupa, the best panoramic views of the Kathmandu Valley await us. Lodging.

day 3

KATHMANDU/PATHAN/KATHMANDU

Breakfast. In the morning visit of Patan, also known as Lalitpur, the oldest city of the three that make up the Kathmandu Valley. We will visit Durbar Square or Royal Palace Square, where we can see various temples and monuments forming an open-air museum, a World Heritage Site. After the visit return to the hotel.

day 4

KATHMANDU/BANDIPUR/POKHARA

Breakfast. Departure by road to Pokhara. En route we will stop in Bandipur, an ancient village located at the foot of the Himalayas that still retains the culture and architecture typical of the Newar ethnic group. Besides having wonderful views of the Marsyangdi Valley, on clear days, you can see some of the highest peaks of the Annapurna range. Arrival in Pokhara, starting point of many expeditions.

day 5

POKHARA/SARANGKOT/WORLD PEACE STUPA/POKHARA

Departure to Sarangkot, from where we can enjoy the sunrise in front of the magnificent views of Annapurna. Return to the hotel and breakfast. Then visit the city of Pokhara: the Bindabasini temple, the Gupteshwor Cave, the Devis waterfall and the Tashiling Tibetan Refugee Craft Center. We will take a boat ride on Phewa Lake. In the afternoon, we will take a short trek up to the World Peace Stupa. Return to the hotel.

day 6

POKHARA/CHITWAN NATIONAL PARK

Full board. Departure by road to Chitwan National Park. At lunch time we will arrive at the lodge. Lunch. In the afternoon we will have the first contact with nature. Dinner at the lodge.

day 7

CHITWAN NATIONAL PARK

Full board. We will dedicate the day to a photographic safari by jeep. We will enter the jungle on foot, accompanied by a naturalist guide and enjoy a canoe ride down the Rapti River to continue discovering the flora and fauna of the environment. Lunch and dinner at the lodge.

day 8

CHITWAN NATIONAL PARK/KATHMANDU

Breakfast. Departure by road to Kathmandu, along the border road to China. Arrival and free time.

day 9

KATHMANDU/SPAIN

Departure flight back to Spain. Overnight on board
