Panoramic tour of DUBLIN, the quiet capital of Ireland. We will enjoy strolling along the banks of the Liffey, getting to know its parks, its old university and the lively streets of the centre and we will walk around Trinity College (sometimes, depending on the time of arrival in Dublin and the duration of the sunlight, the panoramic visit can be done the previous afternoon). Free afternoon.
Early in the morning we boarded the ferry. After a crossing of approximately three to three and a half hours we arrive in Wales. We visit CAERNARFON, a World Heritage city by the sea, dominated by an imposing castle. Time for a stroll and lunch. We then travel to LIVERPOOL, where we will take a short bus ride through the city, a World Heritage Site and the second largest port in the UK, popularly known for the Beatles. Would you like to visit their museum?
We travel through the centre of England. We visit STRATFORD UPON AVON, the town of Shakespeare. Time for a stroll and lunch. Afterwards we travel to OXFORD, a city synonymous with study and culture; kings, politicians, philosophers and scientists have been educated in its colleges. Continue to LONDON, arriving in the late afternoon.
In the morning we include a panoramic tour of LONDON: Westminster, Parliament, the City, the Thames. Free afternoon. Optionally we offer you the possibility to visit the valley of the River Thames, together with the town of Windsor and its imposing castle. At the end of the afternoon, we will meet at a meeting point in Piccadilly for a walking tour of Leicester Square, China Town and Soho, with its atmosphere, theatres and entertainment (this transfer can also be done the day before after arrival in London). Return to the hotel by coach.
Free day to continue exploring the city.
Depart London for the continent. Ferry crossing to France and after a technical stop in Calais, continue to AMIENS, known for its gothic cathedral. You can stroll through its narrow streets full of life, visit the floating gardens and see the house where Jules Verne lived. After that we continue to PARIS. Arrival at the end of the day.
We include a transfer to the Palace of Versailles. You can stroll through its beautiful gardens or visit the interior if you wish (entrance fee not included). We will then go to the bohemian district of Montmartre, with its open-air artists and small restaurants. Time for lunch and continue with a panoramic tour of Paris with a local guide. Return to the hotel. Optionally, you can attend a variety show.
Free day at leisure. Today you can take an optional boat trip on the Seine River and the Latin Quarter.
We travel south. In the Loire Valley we stop in BLOIS, a picturesque town where we recommend a visit to the castle. Stop in TOURS, the capital of the Loire. Time for lunch. Continuation to BORDEAUX, arrival mid-afternoon. Free time at leisure.
Departure from Bordeaux. Passage to the Basque Country. SAN SEBASTIÁN, time for a stroll and lunch in this attractive city by the sea. Continuation to MADRID, where on arrival we will have a short visit of Madrid by night, followed by a stroll to the Plaza Mayor, where we will have the opportunity to have a few wines in one of the mesons.
We include an excursion to the historic city of TOLEDO, protected by the Tagus River. Its medieval streets tell stories of Christians, Jews and Muslims. Free afternoon in MADRID. Tonight, if you wish, we offer an optional flamenco show.
After breakfast, you will conclude our services, with the wish to have provided an unforgettable experience.
