Departure by flight to Santiago de Chile. Overnight on board.
Arrival and free time. City tour: historic center (Constitution Square, La Moneda Palace and Plaza de Armas with the Cathedral of Santiago). Continuation to the Central Market and Cerro San Cristobal for a panoramic view of the city.
Breakfast. Departure by flight to Calama and transfer to San Pedro de Atacama. In the afternoon, excursion to the Death and Moon Valleys.
Half board. Excursion to the Atacama Salt Flat and Altiplanic Lagoons: we arrive at Toconao, a small colonial town with picturesque stone houses and an old church. We continue to the Chaxa Lagoon, with flamingos and other birds, and to the Miscanti and Meñiques Lagoons, located at 4300 m.a.s.l., in the Los Flamencos National Reserve. Lunch.
Departure approx. at 5:00 a.m. to the Tatio geyser field. Picnic breakfast next to the geysers. With 60 active geysers, boiling water springs, fumaroles, hot springs, mud pools and mud volcanoes that offer an impressive spectacle. Return to San Pedro, transfer to Calama and departure flight to Santiago de Chile.
Breakfast. Departure by flight to Puerto Montt and transfer to Puerto Varas. In Puerto Montt, we will visit: Monument to the German Colonists, the waterfront pier and its Cathedral, the Angelmó area and the Fishermen's Cove. In Puerto Varas: the waterfront, the Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Old Town, where the first German settlers settled.
Breakfast. Departure by ferry to the Chiloé archipelago. Arrival and continuation to Ancud for a visit. We continue to the bay of Puñihuil, for a navigation to observe marine species, and then head to Castro.
Half board. Tour through the traditional Chiloé culture. We will visit the Yumbel fair to understand the Chiloé gastronomic identity and learn all about the traditional "curanto al hoyo" with a peasant family as hosts. Afterwards, we will visit the palafitos of Castro. Lunch (**Curanto is made on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays).
Breakfast. Return by ferry to Puerto Montt and flight to Punta Arenas. Continuation by regular bus to Puerto Natales (approx. 3 h 30 min).
Half board. Full day excursion to Torres del Paine National Park, visiting the Milodon Cave, the Salto Grande del Rio Paine and Lake Pehoe until arriving at Grey Lake and from here have a view of its Glacier. Lunch. Return to Puerto Natales.
Half board. We set sail from Puerto Natales through the Última Esperanza fjord until we reach the Balmaceda Glacier, where we dock, in order to walk along a path in the middle of the native forest to the foot of the Serrano Glacier and from there admire this great natural spectacle. On the way back we disembark at a Patagonian estancia for lunch.
Breakfast. Departure by regular bus to Punta Arenas and flight to Santiago de Chile.
Breakfast. Departure to Valparaíso and Viña del Mar for a full day visit. Valparaiso, the main port of the country and seat of the Legislative Power of Chile, has a particular magic. It is accessed by its ancient elevators and by walking through narrow streets to discover wonderful houses and buildings of yesteryear. We also visit the National Congress, Muelle Prat, the Artillery Elevator, Plaza Sotomayor and Paseo 21 de Mayo. (Optional: Visit to Pablo Neruda's house / museum "La Sebastiana" -closed on Mondays-). We continue to Viña del Mar and panoramic tour of the points of interest, before arriving at the hotel.
Breakfast. Departure to the Casablanca Valley to discover the secrets of Chilean wine. We will visit the wineries, learn about the production process and do a wine tasting before continuing to Santiago.
Breakfast. Transfer to Santiago airport and departure flight back to Spain. Overnight on board.
